We’re edging ever closer to the launch of our NFT ticketing platform. We’ve designed it to create an immersive experience for fans
Welcome to the SeatlabNFT weekly roundup. We’re edging ever closer to the launch of our NFT ticketing platform. We’ve designed it to create an immersive experience for fans by forging a greater connection with the artists, event creators and performers they love.
As we continue the development of our platform, there’s plenty more going on as well, so here’s a quick recap of our progress this week.
We’re going underground…sort of. So this week, you might spot us on your commute through London. Our adverts on the tube have gone up, but we didn’t just want to feature in a couple of obscure, little-known stops.
Instead, we’ve pulled out all the stops to tell the world about our reimagining of the event ticketing industry. Catch us on the escalators and platforms at some of the busiest stations in London: Kings Cross, Waterloo, Victoria, Oxford Circus, London Bridge and Leicester Square.
There’s still time to get involved in the first offering of our $SEAT token before it’s available on exchanges. We wanted to give our community the chance to bag their own $SEAT tokens at a fair price. To do this, we’re using the Skyward launchpad. This NEAR Protocol-based, price-discovery platform is designed to resist bot attacks, making it a great choice for our community.
Getting set up to buy into our IDO is fairly straightforward, as you can link to it directly from your $NEAR wallet.
It’s important that people know we aren’t just another Web3 project. We’re launching SeatlabNFT because legacy ticketing solutions are broken. The current system is driven by profit, dehumanised by bots and plagued by touts.
NFT ticketing has the potential to change all of that. Harnessing the power of blockchain, SeatlabNFT eliminates ticket fraud, allows artists and event creators to define royalty splits from any secondary sales, and reward fans for their loyalty with unique airdrops directly to their wallets.
We’ve built SeatlabNFT to serve the live events industry.
SeatlabNFT is about disrupting the event ticketing industry, by creating an event ticketing platform that serves the fans, artists and event creators, all of whom make live events possible.
To make sure SeatlabNFT meets the expectations of every single user, we’ve teamed up with the digital product gurus Bynd. Bynd are a multi-talented, UK-based team who have worked on projects with Brompton bikes, MailChimp and many other big brand names.
We want our platform to be the best it can be for everyone who uses it, that’s why we’re talking to the UI & UX experts at Bynd.
Thanks for taking the time to read this week’s progress report for SeatlabNFT. We’re really excited to be building a ticketing platform with a focus on fans and artists that will change live event ticketing for good.
