SeatlabNFT Triumphs at the Midlands StartUp Awards 2023!
SeatlabNFT: Mobile & Emerging Technologies StartUp of the Year. Groundbreaking innovations in NFT ticketing solidify their leadership in the industry.
November was another busy month for us with lots of new event partners and new platform features. Read about it in our November Project Update!
It’s our favourite time of the month: project update time. We love looking back on all the things we’ve been doing each month and sharing them with our community. It puts all of our progress into perspective and keeps all of you involved as we achieve our goals and get closer to changing the event ticketing industry for good.
If you’ve been following us on Twitter, you’ll already know we’ve made some major updates to our marketplace, and you’ll have seen a bunch of new partnerships with all kinds of events.
There’s a lot to get through, so let’s jump right in.
We’re working hard in the background to develop the core features of our platform that are yet to be released, but we have updated a few parts of our marketplace that are already live.
We pushed a group bookings feature live in November that lets people purchase multiple tickets for each person in their group. Event organisers can now choose how many tickets people can buy in a single transaction, making attending a SeatlabNFT-ticketed event with friends and family easier than ever.
In future releases we’ll be adding additional functionality to the group bookings feature that will let the original buyer transfer each ticket to the correct person. We expect this update to come soon and we’ll let you know once it’s live.
You spoke, and we listened. It’s now simple to find the event you’re looking for on our platform. You can search by event title, event organiser, date and price.
We’re constantly working to improve our platform’s UX, and we’re always open to feedback! So if you have any suggestions for improvements or comments, DM us!
We’ve partnered with No.1 Sunday Times bestselling author James Smith and the International Fitness Summit team to power a more engaging and connected conference experience in 2023.
IFS is an annual conference for individuals and businesses in the fitness industry; it’s a great opportunity for us to show how our NFT ticketing technology can benefit the world of B2B business events and conferences as much as it does sports and live music.

Krazy Races is an award-winning series of soapbox race festivals in the UK that sees up to 15,000 people attending each event. All ticket holders will be airdropped a collectable NFT race flag, and anybody holding one of these NFTs can claim a free real-life physical race flag.
We're looking forward to demonstrating how our NFT ticketing system can reward and incentivise people with verifiable IRL items on such a large scale.
Tickets go on sale this week.
In collaboration with Dhillons brewery, we issued a limited run of special edition NFT tickets for the Ghost Town event in Coventry. Dhillons brewery brewed a new beer exclusively for Ghost Town, and each NFT ticket holder was airdropped a scannable NFT that could be used to claim a free Ghost Town beer from the bar.
ChunkFest is a first-of-its-kind event in the UK that showcases adaptive/disabled athletes going head-to-head against non-disabled athletes in strength events, MMA fights, boxing and adaptive sports. We have teamed up with ChunkFest as their exclusive ticketing partner.

We’ve been featured in some well-known publications, we’ve taken part in an AMA on the official NEAR Protocol Twitter account, and our co-founders Ryan Kenny and Jack Waterfield were invited to the Art Basel conference in Miami to speak about SeatlabNFT and the future of Web3.
The announcement of our partnership with elrow Dubai gained a lot of attention from the international media. Some examples include:
We were honoured to be invited to take part in an AMA hosted by NEAR on their Twitter account. It was a great chat about SeatlabNFT and how NFT ticketing technology has the potential to disrupt the industry. You can listen back to the recording here: https://twitter.com/i/spaces/1djxXlmyyldxZ?s=20
Ryan and Jack, our co-founders, received an invitation to talk at the Art Basel conference in Miami. The conference took place this weekend, and we’ll be sharing clips from their interview with Coindesk and the panel talk Ryan was a part of very soon!
We’ve got more new ticketing partnerships to announce this month and more events than ever going on sale. We’ve also got plenty of new features almost ready to deploy.
If you don’t want to wait until the next project update to find out who our new event partners are, and which platform updates we push live, make sure you’re following us on Twitter and Instagram where we publish live updates. And, if you haven’t already, join our Telegram group and Discord server where we’re always available to answer any questions you have!
Thanks again for your support and for creating such a great community!
Until next time.
