Our new seller dashboard offers powerful tools to event organisers for managing NFT ticket sales and creating collectibles.

As of today, our seller dashboard and self-service onboarding process are live! This means that anyone can sign up on our platform, list events, start selling NFT tickets, and take full advantage of our powerful suite of seller tools.

From now on, onboarding new event organisers is going to be easier than ever, and we welcome the accelerated growth this will bring.
Once sellers create an account, they’ll get access to the seller dashboard where they can do things like create events, manage their orders, see a list of customers, create and airdrop collectables and link their SeatlabNFT account with a Stripe account to get paid.
The first thing sellers must do is complete all mandatory fields in the Settings tab to unlock all of the features available to them; this includes setting up a Stripe Connect account. Simply head to the Settings tab and follow the instructions.
Initially, all new sellers will be unverified and will only be visible on the front end marketplace if users uncheck the “verified only” filter. We’ve implemented this system to stop spam and help well-known and established events stand out. Sellers have to apply to become verified by submitting this form.
There are currently eight sections within the seller dashboard that give event organisers access to all of the features available to them to take their events to the next level:
The dashboard is where you can get a detailed view of how your ticket and collectable sales are performing. Total revenue is displayed as a graph, and a further breakdown of new orders, number of events, new customers, and percentage of ticket allocations sold can be found in this section.
Here sellers can set up their events and create their different ticket types for sale.
As soon as orders start to come in for tickets and collectables, they’ll all be listed here. You can clearly see what people have bought and the value of each order.
Thanks to blockchain technology and the improvements in transparency that come with it, sellers can now get a detailed overview of all their customers and their historic purchase history. This is an incredibly powerful tool for identifying your most loyal customers, and what’s more, you can choose to reward them with airdrops directly to their wallets!
Creating collectable NFTs to enhance the live event experience is the core concept on which SeatlabNFT is built. These collectables can be anything from digital artwork to utility NFTs that unlock claimable items such as free drinks, merchandise and other IRL perks.
Just like our NFT tickets, our collectables are fully scannable, enabling them to be used to claim exclusive perks. Say you want to reward your most loyal customers with an artist meet-and-greet; you can create an exclusive collectable and airdrop it directly to their wallet. They would then present the collectable for scanning at the venue to redeem their meet-and-greet experience. The possibilities are endless!
Airdrop collectables and tickets to known wallet addresses in real-time or schedule them to happen automatically in the future.
The Scanning tab is where you can create scanning users to link them to your account. You’ll need to download our free NFT Scan app from either the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and sign in using the credentials you create in this tab. You can create multiple users to keep track of your staff and to see exactly which tickets and collectables were scanned by which member of staff.
The final tab is where you fill out all of the mandatory information needed to unlock our full suite of seller tools. The information provided here will be used to create your event organiser profile on the front end, so make sure to sell yourself!
This is also where you can create and connect a Stripe account so you can get paid. Once you’ve connected your Stripe account, you’ll be able to access your Stripe account from this tab.
